As the Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, you will lead efforts to cultivate and maintain a purpose-driven, highly skilled team dedicated to advancing our mission. Working closely with our leadership team, you will design and implement initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture and capabilities, essential for driving growth and mission success. Your role will be crucial in building a dynamic and committed workforce aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture and Engagement:
- Champion our culture: Design and execute initiatives that foster a fun, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Gather insights: Utilize surveys and other tools to assess employee satisfaction and develop actionable plans for improvement.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Source top talent: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and retain: Create strategies to attract and retain top talent, and oversee the performance appraisal process.
Employee Relations:
- Be the trusted advisor: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
- Recognize excellence: Implement and oversee employee recognition programs.
Training and Development:
- Elevate our team: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Lead learning: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
HR Policies and Procedures:
- Establish guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to legal requirements.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Measure success: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making.
- Communicate results: Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- You hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, particularly with a focus on culture and engagement.
Skills and Competencies:
- You are a natural leader with strong team management skills.
- Your communication and interpersonal abilities are exceptional.
- You possess a strategic mindset and have experience implementing HR initiatives.
- You are well-versed in HR best practices and employment laws.
- You are proficient with HR software and tools.
