Senior Manager - Finance Operations - Payroll & Invoicing - Immediate Joiner
- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager/Sr Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10 FTEs and overseeing the attendance, payroll, and invoicing processes for approximately 4,000 outsourced staff across the UAE.
- This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in financial operations, preferably within the staffing industry, and a proven track record in team management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 FTE's, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations related to financial processes, including payroll, attendance tracking, and invoicing.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for 4,000 outsourced employees.
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, resolving any discrepancies as they arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial operations.
- Address and resolve any financial issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize CRM, SAP, and other relevant systems to streamline financial operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for technological enhancements to support financial processes.
- Minimum10 - 15 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 10 years in a team management and leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale payroll and invoicing operations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and SAP systems is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or professional certification (e. , CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- High proficiency in financial software and tools, including CRM and SAP.
- This role may require travel within the UAE.
