Concept & Event Sales Executive

Job Description
•Developing / Understanding concepts in detail and formalizing the business proposal for external stake holders. • Identifying stakeholders or partners and generating new business opportunities through networking and market research.

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conducting needs assessments to determine the best conceptual solutions for clients.
• Presenting and explaining complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
• Managing the full sales cycle from client communication to revenue recovery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business by regularly sharing content and insights tailored to their interests, created by our teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance product offerings.

• Proven experience in concept selling, solution selling, or consultative sales.

• Ability to design media products such as Special Features, Video Interviews, Events, Supplements, and Book Publishing.

Proficient Quality

• Habit of Multi-Media Consumption Regularly engages in reading physical newspapers, books, magazines, and attending events to stay informed and updated.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English (verbal and written)
• Drafting Ability
• Time Management & Commitment Adherence to deadlines, maintaining transparency, and accountability in work.
• Goal-Oriented & Responsible Focused on achieving targets and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to perceive and understand clients emotions, allowing for tailored and effective solutions.
• Understanding of how conceptual solutions align with the clients long-term business goals and strategy.

• Salary - Rs.60,000 + Incentive + Conveyance or as per Experience
