Mumbai tarun bharat needs to improve a lot. Especially for female employees they should take care of their safety. Office Timing rules should be equal for everyone. Office environment is not so good. Team mates don't understand problems of their other colleagues. They don't have humanity. They literally force their employees to work more than 9 hours in a day.

Bad experience in life. Mumbai Tarun bharat dose not appreciate their female employees. It's A male dominating firm. I would like to suggest female journalists that even if you are fresh in media don't look for a job in Mumbai tarun bharat.
