Job Description
- As a Clearance Sr. Pricing Analyst you will be a consultant to core business teams playing a key role in defining process best practices, process optimization and product integration that will enable the Pricing Clearance teams to implement desired solutions and practices to maximize clearance profitability while trouble shooting and resolving desired strategies and support ticket issues. You will also be responsible for supporting clearance program execution and optimization.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoot, resolve support ticket issues and perform RCA to identify process controls and shape processes and solutions for the future
- Be a thought partner to our product development teams helping them develop the right technology solutions that will modernize Clearance processes driving process efficiency and creating desired value for the overall Clearance processes and routines
- You will Lead/ participate in large-scale CFT and enterprise projects
- As process owners, you will collaborate not just with the global team but also with various cross-functional teams across the merchandising pyramid to understand key strategic priorities & develop the most optimal processes that could be used by business teams to implement those strategies in our stores
- As pyramid owners, you will play a key role in providing these teams with the right knowledge, resources & resolution support to enable them to deliver flawless outcomes
- As subject matter experts, you will own preparing documentation for all process/product changes and lead new hire trainings as well as peer mentoring sessions
- You will provide insights/ recommendations to enable fact based decision making by business leadership
- You will Analyze/ recommend key metrics and create reports (fact packs) on strategic objectives to enable the business objectives
- You will conduct working sessions with business stakeholders that drive to improvements and outcomes
- Create and maintain knowledge documentations, follow operational hygiene (Project management practices, quality assurance & time tracker)
- Effectively onboard, train and mentor new hires
- Be the single point of contact for the assigned business (online & stores) and gain expertise on end to end pyramid and strategy context
- Provide context and analysis on the drivers of clearance pricing metrics and performance versus enterprise objectives
- Leverage defined clearance pricing processes to execute, optimize, and forecast clearance programs and independently make sound pricing decisions to ensure clearance programs are accurate, maximize financials, and forecasted accurately
- Utilize exception reporting & practices defined to troubleshoot issues with clearance programs
- Effectively manage best practice and team governance for your business/process and provide strategic solutions to key areas across pricing.
- JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate - Business / Commerce / Economics / Science / BE / B Tech with 6+ years of experience Retail/Operations management
- Advanced project management skills : Competent in project management; has the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Change agent- influence change and influence without authority
- Hands on experience in developing Visualization reports
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions
- Demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills
- Self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new capabilities
- Excellent communicator - ability to present to large groups of people, manage cross functional projects and strong organization skills
- Excel in developing strong partnership and stakeholder management
- Have an understanding on how various products/ technologies interact architecture
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:- Prior Pricing or Space & Presentation retail/e-commerce experience
- Basic knowledge in statistical methodologies and concepts
- Six sigma expertise (knowledge of tool and lean principles application)
- Advance knowledge of Visualization tools and techniques
- Advance knowledge of data querying skills through SQL
