We are one-of-a-kind marketplace, carefully curated and built keeping in mind guests current and changing needs, along with tapping into futuristic market trends.As a Category Manager for Target+, planning and directing the company goals through merchandising and marketing strategies to meet profit and GMV targets, increase market share, and boost guest satisfaction for your category will be your responsibility.

Category Planning & Development: Achieve category growth and market share gains by strategically planning business tactics like Joint Assortment Planning, Forecasting, Promotion strategies, Partner services to implement long-term assortment strategies.
Seller Support : Drive and manage relationships with vendor partners for multiple tiers and ensuring alignment with business objectives through joint business planning.
Assortment Curation & Expansion: Maintain a curated assortment mix and performance to position Target as the destination for your assigned category and business.
Global Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate locally and globally across teams, work closely with Product, Technology, merchandising teams to drive holistic planning and business results.

About you:

6+ year degree, B.S., B.A., B. Com, B.B.A.; Advanced Degree/ MBA Preferred
5+ years of experience in Key account management, Vendor Management, merchandising operations or inventory management to support ecommerce business
Financial and analytical skills are highly desired to manage account profitability with Strong forecasting, problem solving, decision-making and detail orientation.
Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with management in national accounts, and across internal cross-functional departments.
