Role: Executive OR Senior Executive Legal

Location: Hyderabad

Summary:

Contract Drafting-Negotiations -data privacy - RFPs-RFQs

Under general supervision, you will be given the responsibility of handling a variety of legal projects.

Shall be assigned to provide legal specialty support for Tech, telco, and Enterprise contracts and have good exposure to in-house counsel roles for litigation.

What you’ll be responsible for?

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Provide legal advice to all internal stakeholders and document the business arrangement in the form of contracts and other legal documentation. D

Support the stakeholders and internal teams by coordinating the legal compliance activities needed such as drafting and reviewing various undertakings, certificates, bonds, etc. Do a risk analysis and prepare queries to internal stakeholders as a part of risk identification.

Identify and address issues of legal and compliance risks in the organization.

Support the Legal Director in preparing contracts, letters, and other documents related to legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

Support the Legal Director on litigation including ensuring proper representation by external counsel (while securing case reporting and strategic alignment).

Report (and interpret/enforce) court or government authority/agency decisions, statutes, and governmental regulations and advise the Legal Director on pending developments in these areas.

What you’d have?

Master’s degree in law with a relevant track record of legal undertakings 3-5 Years of Work experience with a master’s degree in law is preferred.

Knowledge of business and commercial laws, Arbitration laws, and Data Protection laws. Should be interested in learning and understanding business-related regulations.

Relevant & proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting and compliance.

Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel
