Kalkine Solutions Pvt Ltd. is hiring for Associate and Sr. Associate - Legal & Compliance

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist with the drafting and review of client-facing documentation, inter-company, and other agreements.
• Help with the maintenance of outsourcing agreements.
• Research and draft initial replies to complex customer complaints.
• Assist with the launch of new account types and product/ service offerings.
• Draft and carry out an annual update of key information documents.
• Carry out annual reviews of customer-facing documentation and account applications. Updating internal records.
• Summarize legal advice and documents legal projects and policies.
• Advise on account life events (such as incapacities, estates, insolvencies, account freezes or closures).
• Research legal topics and draft memos, replies, actions etc. on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to existing and new lines of business.
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experienced of 3 to 6 years in Corporate
• Notice period of 15 days to 1 month is Preferred

Shift- 9 AM to 6 PM

Working Days- Mon to Fri

Job Location- Noida Sector 16

Salary- Upto 10 LPA
