Job Description
Tango Eye is looking for Customer Success to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new customers are onboarded smoothly and effectively, and that they understand the products or services they have purchased
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns
- Works to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers, and works with sales and marketing teams to convert these opportunities into sales
