Develop and maintain data validation processes and protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work with data management teams to implement data correction procedures, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and reliable.
Utilize tools and software to automate data validation processes where possible, reducing manual errors and increasing efficiency.
Document data validation processes and maintain a log of data issues and resolutions.

Support and Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for data-related queries from various departments, providing clear and concise information.
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve data-related issues reported by customers, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
Communicate complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Provide training and guidance to teams on data validation processes and the importance of maintaining data accuracy.
Develop and distribute reports on data validation activities, highlighting trends, issues, and improvements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with IT and data management teams to identify and resolve system-related data issues.
Coordinate with the development team to implement changes in data validation procedures or to correct recurring data issues.
Partner with business analysts to understand the impact of data issues on business processes and to prioritize data validation efforts accordingly.
Engage with quality assurance teams to ensure that data validation processes are integrated into the overall quality control framework.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

Continuously review and improve data validation processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data validation and implement new techniques as appropriate.
Contribute to the development of new tools or enhancements to existing tools to improve data validation capabilities.
Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving data quality across the organization.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of data validation processes, including procedures, tools used, and common issues encountered.
Generate regular reports for management on the state of data quality, including metrics on data accuracy, error rates, and resolution times.
Ensure that all documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
