Marketing Head

Role & responsibilities

• Heading a team of Marketing Executives, Creative Team - Graphics Designer, Content Writer, Social Media strategist
• Help grow the brands influence and fulfill the lead targets for all the projects, while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring the digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
• Generate creative ideas for designing unique and high-impact field marketing activities.
• Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities.
• Manage hoardings, signage and take part in all social events like fairs, exhibitions, promotional events etc.
• Prepare regular reports and MIS to track the progress and effectiveness of the marketing activities.
• Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
• Plan and manage the social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect the company’s website traffic, and target audience.
• Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages.
• Co-ordinate with various team leaders and cross functional heads for different creative, promotional event and effective deliverables.
• Ensure the utmost care and caution to maintain the overall ethics and integrity of the team in all dealings.
• Responsibilities may be reviewed / added as per the business requirements.

• Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising position, communication and social media management.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Should have a stable career.
• Excellent follow through.
• Strong visionary with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, excellent communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty and openness.
• Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.
