Qualifications:
Age : Not more than 30 years as on 31.12.2024
Educational Qualification : Degree/PG in Agriculture with 50% minimum marks specializations
such as Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science /Dairy Science / Agricultural Engineering/MBA from recognized university will be additional preference.
- Experience/ Eligibility : Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank / RRBs / any financial institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Encouraging adoption of modern agricultural practices and technologies through financial incentives.
- Educating farmers about subsidies, grants and support programs available to them.
- Assessing the eligibility of farmers and agri business for various agricultural loans like crop loans, equipment loans, Kissan Credit Cards, etc
- Evaluating risks associated with agricultural loans by assessing crop patterns, weather conditions and soil quality.
- Organizing awareness programs for farmers to educate them about banking services and agricultural advancements.
- Acting as a liaison between the bank and the rural community to understand their needs.
- Familiarity with government schemes, NABARD guidelines and RBI norms.
