Job Overview :

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) is seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Executive to join our customer service team. The Senior CSE will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of customer services, providing support, resolving queries, and handling more complex customer interactions. This role demands a high level of customer-centricity, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries with efficiency and tact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of banking operations, possess leadership capabilities, and be capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Assistance : Provide excellent service to bank customers by assisting with their inquiries, account management, and other banking services.
• Product & Service Knowledge : Promote bank products, services, and offerings to customers, ensuring they are informed about the full range of services available.
• Account Management : Assist customers with account opening, updating information, and handling routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to services, products, or accounts in a timely and professional manner.
• Transaction Support : Process complex customer transactions, including cheque clearances, foreign exchange, and loan applications, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Complaint Management : Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
