Role Overview :

The Management Trainee will participate in a structured training program aimed at developing the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in management. This role offers exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a full-time opportunity within our organization. The internship duration is 3 months, with a stipend ranging from 15,000 to 20,000.

Key Responsibilities :

Training and Development :

a. Participate in a structured training program in one of the specified areas of the business, including Tech Support, Demand Generation, and Customer Success.

b. Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and skill placements.

Team Collaboration :

a. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

b. Participate in team meetings, offer input, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

Tech Support Training :

- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution.

- Customer Assistance : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and efficiently resolving issues.

- Support Ticket Management : Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Demand Generation :


- Content Development : Support the creation of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.

- Campaign Execution : Assist in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid media).

- Market Research : Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.

Customer Success :

- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to understand and meet the requirements of their customers.

- Account Management : Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on assigned accounts.

- Proactive Monitoring : Actively track the status of tickets, resolve issues, and monitor overall platform utilization by customers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus).

- Strong academic record with demonstrated leadership potential.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility :

- We are seeking candidates who graduated in 2024 and have 0-1 years of internship or work experience.

- The Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) is contingent upon the candidate's performance during the internship. The CTC is 4 LPA, with potential adjustments based on performance during the internship period.
