Management Trainee - Digital Marketing (0-1 yrs)

The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a Full-time opportunity within our organization.

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ideas that align with Talview's brand and business goals.

2. Create compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.

3. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate.

4. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to Talview's website.

5. Manage and update Talview's blog and social media accounts with new content on a regular basis.

6. Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.

7. Measure and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

8. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
