Job Description :

As a UI/UX Designer at Talview, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

1. User Interface Design : Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and usability standards.

2. User Experience Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

3. Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate product requirements and user stories into engaging design concepts.

4. Research : Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate design choices.

5. Iterative Design : Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.

6. Responsive Design : Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.

7. Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.

8. Visual Design : Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets, including icons and graphics.

9. Prototyping : Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.

10. Stay Updated : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption when relevant.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design).

2. 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.

3. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

5. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

6. Understanding of HTML/CSS and the technical aspects of web and mobile development (front-end).

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
