Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies based on client requirements, leveraging various platforms and talent acquisition tools.
- Identify and engage with high-quality technical candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications and timelines.
- Conduct thorough screening, including technical qualification assessments, to ensure candidates meet the necessary skillset and experience requirements.
- Facilitate transparent communication regarding role expectations, compensation, and other job-related details with candidates.
- Negotiate salary and benefits, addressing candidate concerns to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engagement managers and hiring teams to understand evolving hiring needs and candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate assessments, feedback, and recruitment progress.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing effectiveness, pipeline status, and key hiring metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical sourcing within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of various technical domains, programming languages, frameworks, and industry hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in utilizing hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain structured recruitment records.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to hiring.
