Objectives of the Role:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of EEG data collection sessions to ensure efficiency and adherence to the client's SOPs.

- Lead, train, and motivate the operational staff, ensuring compliance with project protocols.

- Supervise subject screening, onboarding, and session management to meet client expectations.

- Ensure that all sessions meet the client's quality benchmarks and operational timelines.

- Act as a point of contact between the operations team and the client for reporting and updates.

- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to address any operational challenges.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and disturbance-free environment to optimize session outcomes.

Your Tasks:

- Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring sufficient coverage during data collection sessions.

- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training to align with project goals.

- Supervise subject onboarding, including screening tests and training completion.

- Ensure all EEG and VR equipment is functioning correctly and set up per client guidelines.

- Track daily session performance and report insights, issues, and recommendations to the project manager and client.

- Maintain documentation, including session start/end times, equipment logs, and incident reports.

- Assist in recruiting and onboarding subjects in line with the client's specifications.

- Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates on progress and resolve concerns.

- Implement any new procedures or guidelines provided by the client promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in operations or a supervisory role, preferably in data collection or research projects.

- Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance with SOPs.

- Experience managing teams in high-stakes, client-oriented projects.

- Familiarity with basic technical equipment setup and troubleshooting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in operational environments.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced degree or certification in Project Management or Operations.

- Experience working with EEG headsets or other research equipment.

- Knowledge of recruitment and training for research participants.

- Familiarity with performance tracking and data analysis tools.
