Lead - Sales - Wedding Services (7-10 yrs)

Job Scope:

- Own the P&L for the city

- Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output

- Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs

- Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality

Requirements:

- You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record

- Bachelor's degree

- Comfortable in handling large teams

- Strong work ethic and communication skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

- Multilingual is a bonus

Mandatory Pointers (Can't be neglected during screening):

- Category P&L ownership for the city

- Effective in identifying and solving issues.

- Consistent success in driving sales target

- Comfortable in handling large teams

- Candidate should be from startup whether grown up or can be from renowned companies like Flipkart or Amazon or similar to these ecommerce companies.

- Need candidate having exp. in B2C sales.
