As the Lead - Channel Sales, you will play a key role in expanding our dealer and distributor networks, leading a dynamic team, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the dealer and distributor networks.
- Lead and support a team of Regional and Area Sales Managers to ensure high performance, meet targets, and achieve business goals.
- Foster strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors to enhance loyalty and drive mutual success.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen on-ground presence.
- Track sales volumes, monitor dealer/distributor performance, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at boosting channel sales.
- Provide training, product knowledge and feedback to channel partners, ensuring product adoption and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in channel sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, product training, and promotional campaigns.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth and performance.
