International BPO Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities.

• Handle 15-30 inbound calls from US-based clients and effectively convert them into sales.

• Work comfortably on the night shift.

• Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary.

• Minimum 10+2 education preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in international sales processes and 6 months in an international BPO.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Lucrative incentives of up to 4-5 Lakhs/month.
