Graphic Design Lead - Adobe Creative Suite (3-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Graphic Design Lead to drive the creative vision for our B2C brand. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, shaping visually compelling brand experiences across digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of consumer engagement in the B2C space.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Leadership : Define and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

Creative Direction : Lead the design process for marketing campaigns, social media, website visuals, packaging, and promotional materials.

Team Management : Mentor and manage a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and eCommerce teams to align design strategies with business goals.

User-Centric Design : Create visually engaging assets that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.

Trend Analysis : Stay updated on design trends, consumer behaviors, and industry best practices to keep our brand innovative.

Project Management : Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control

Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role for a B2C brand.

Industry Expertise : Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.

Digital & Print Design : Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing assets, social media graphics, packaging, and web design.

Motion & Video : Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Strategic Mindset : Ability to balance creative innovation with business objectives and performance metrics.

Communication : Strong ability to present ideas, collaborate across teams, and provide constructive feedback.
