Job Description :
- Design and create daily social media content (posts, graphics, reels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop monthly content calendars and collaborate with the team to get approval before posting.
- Post content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) as per the pre scheduled calendar.
- Design engaging Instagram posts and stories that align with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and relevant.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of brand building, communication, and social media graphic design.
- Ability to create drafts quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality design standards.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content specifically for Instagram.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word for tracking content and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media trends and algorithms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
