Senior UX Designer - User-Centered Design (4-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and elevate the user experience for our B2C eCommerce platform. As a key member of our design team, you will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user behavior, a strong background in UX/UI design, and experience in eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions that enhance the online shopping experience.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

- UI/UX Enhancements : Improve navigation, layout, and overall usability to optimize conversions and engagement.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.

- A/B Testing & Data Analysis : Use analytics and testing to measure the effectiveness of design changes and optimize based on user feedback.

- Responsive & Mobile Design : Create designs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

- Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system for a unified brand experience.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a B2C eCommerce environment.

- Tools & Software : Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

- Research & Testing : Strong ability to conduct usability tests, A/B testing, and analyze user behavior.

- ECommerce Knowledge : Understanding of customer journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and checkout flow best practices.

- Technical Acumen : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and collaboration with front-end developers is a plus.

- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce UX projects, user research, and problem-solving abilities.
