Senior Product Designer - Figma (6-10 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the visual and experience design for our card games and its platform. Bring and influence positive change / impact on the ways our players use our products.

- Create exceptional visual designs, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build strategic and impactful design roadmaps that result in Business outcomes while delivering a fun and delightful experience.

- Constantly measure the product metrics and strive towards informed iterations to enhance user experience and overall product quality.

- Collaborate, critique with Product Designers in the team on various aspects of product and constantly solve the underlying root causes of customer pain points.

Ideal Candidate :

- A Poker or Rummy player that has played and won extensively on existing gaming platforms. You are aware of not just different mechanics and formats but even the strategies to maximize your winnings.

- Minimum 6 years of experience with recent experience in full stack design on consumer facing gaming products.

- A portfolio showcasing your visual design skills with meticulous and well thought out problems solved out using UX / UI principles.

- You need to be a gamer at heart! We believe it's super important to understand why anyone plays games in the first place to be able to build for them. Be it Candy Crush or DOTA, if you have invested your time in games, we want to hear from you.

- A thinker by nature and doer by action, with ability to understand product goals, identify user needs and make decisions based on impact on user and the company.

- Storytellers, who can make even the most mundane tasks into a delightful experience without compromising on delivering effective communication.

- Proficiency with Figma and other tools of choice to turn ideas in to visual solutions using typography, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense.
