About our Client:

Our Client is a leading digital marketing company dedicated to delivering innovative, data-driven marketing strategies for businesses across industries. Their expertise spans SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation, helping clients achieve measurable growth.

We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships in both domestic and international markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the digital marketing space, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate high-value leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their marketing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on closing high-ticket deals ranging from - 50 Lakhs - 1 Crore.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to create effective sales approaches.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and strategy teams, to ensure seamless client service delivery.

- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and reports to potential clients and key decision-makers.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

- Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing innovations, positioning our client as a trusted digital marketing partner.

- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Skills & Qualification:

- MBA in Marketing (Preferably from top-rated institutions).

- 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the digital marketing industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.

- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, especially in high- value deal closures.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a persuasive approach.

- Proficiency in CRM tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and analyze sales performance.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
