Solution Architect - Full Stack Development (11-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect - Full Stack to drive the architecture and scalability of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Next.js, Remix, Node.js, React.js, Azure Cloud, and TypeScript, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions. This role requires deep technical acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture & Design : Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure full-stack applications.

- Technical Leadership : Lead the engineering team in adopting best practices and innovative technologies for Next.js, Remix, Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Scalability & Performance : Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications hosted on Azure Cloud by leveraging cloud-native services and infrastructure best practices.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Define coding standards, review pull requests, and enforce best practices in software development.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Cloud & DevOps Integration : Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and CI/CD pipelines for automation and deployment.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure security best practices and compliance guidelines are met throughout the development lifecycle.

- Mentorship & Training : Guide junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 11 to 14 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

- Strong expertise in Next.js, Remix, Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services with deep knowledge of cloud architecture best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Expertise in performance optimization and application security.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in leading development teams.
