Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the People to function : Own our People Success, talent acquisition, Operations, and Administration
- Lead the 12-member team across these functions.
- Build the function to serve a tech-oriented company paired with a large, distributed workforce.
- Partner with other leaders in the organization to implement successful practices.
- Promote and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Build visibility and forecasting of current and future hiring needs
- Dashboards, tracking, quarterly planning, and budgeting.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Build the brand as the most attractive place to work in India and the world (over time)
- Innovate policies, guides, and/or philosophies to document practices that align with internal culture
Should have:
S/he wants to lead the People function for a company growing to a 500+ team.
S/he has scaled the people function in a company from 100 - 1000+ employees.
S/he has a high empathy quotient paired with the IQ required for this role.
S/he has scaled People in a high operational density org - worked in major B2C companies.
S/he has been the founder or owner of a people- and talent-building function or company.
S/he has a strong understanding of marketing and sales to excel in this function
