Role & responsibilities

- Conduct field recruitment to hire Delivery Executives and Material Handlers for Flipkart.

- Visit Flipkart hubs and local job centers to source candidates.

- Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles.

- Coordinate with vendors, HR teams, and hub managers for onboarding.

- Ensure candidates meet eligibility criteria and complete documentation.

- Maintain daily hiring records and update recruitment trackers.

- Handle dropouts and replacements to meet manpower targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in blue-collar hiring (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel to different locations.

- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory); English is a plus.

Perks and benefits

Fixed salary of ₹20,000 ₹25,000 per month.
