Flipkart - Senior Manager - People Operations (10-20 yrs)

The broad contours of the role are as follows :

1) Execute the North Star for the People Ops charter as part of People Experience charter for Flipkart.

2) Continuously improve HR/People Ops processes under the HR operating model in order to consistently deliver a delightful employee experience.

3) Responsible for the metrics and delivery of HR operations (including WMI and CT) across the employee lifecycle. This includes the entire employee life cycle management from Offer letter generation, to Induction and Onboarding, to leave and benefits administration, to prepare/collate payroll inputs and other employee life cycle activities for our full time employees.

4) Background verification and discrepancies management for FTEs and WFTCs, Support the process integration of entities being acquired by Flipkart as part of its growth strategy.

5) Leading a 10+ strong team (Full time and Contract) of motivated and driven resources and responsible for their engagement, development and performance management.
