Manager/Senior Manager - Audit & Control - FMCG/Food/Crop Firm - CA (5-6 yrs)

POSITION TITLE: Manager/ Sr. Manager

QUALIFICATION: Chartered Accountant (Only first / Second attempt pass out}

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 Years Post Qualification

JOB PROFILE: Audits & Control (70%) and Accounting / Taxation (30%)

Accounting:

- Responsible for Financial Statement as per IND AS including Statutory & Internal Audits.

- Build up strong internal controls and ensure implementation as well as adherence.

- Ensure Compliances awareness and adherence including GST and Income Tax.

- Responsible for multi sites accounting & related process controls.

- Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and programs to assess the effectiveness of internal control systems.

- Conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, records, and processes.

- Identify potential risks and control deficiencies, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.

- Perform detailed testing procedures to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to foster a culture of compliance and risk management.

- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations, ensuring timely and appropriate remediation actions are taken.

- Stay updated on changes in accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure audit processes remain current and effective.

- Provide training and guidance to employees on internal controls, compliance, and risk management principles.

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures.

- Having experience of Debtors & Inventory controls & management.

- Exposure in SAP or other similar ERP.

KNOWLEDGE: Working in any Crop producing Company / Food / FMCG Company is mandatory.

In addition, people in Consulting Organization with prior work experience in (Audit & Control Function) for Food / Crop / FMCG industry are also eligible.

SKILLS:

1. Business Acumen to understand each area / aspect of Business.

2. Must have eyes for the detail.

3. Team player / ability to manage the team.

4. Experience in SAP and MS office.

Location - NOIDA (Work from Office)

Role will require frequent travel to Plant sites. Hence people who are comfortable for the same should only apply.

People who have worked in multiple roles and versatile in their profile will have added advantage.
