Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- You will have responsibility for the sales and marketing of our SW & Controls services, Targeting Automotive SW portfolio.
- You will have responsibility for the sales and marketing of our SW & Controls services, Targeting Automotive SW portfolio.
- Acquiring new customers & supporting the existing customer base (OEMs and Tier1s).
- Determining customer requirements and creating presentations based on these requirements.
- Organization and implementation of the Sales process from proposal preparation to closing in coordination with the customer manager.
- Negotiating all relevant agreements with the customer regarding the development and delivery of products and services in coordination with the customer manager.
- With your keen intuition for the market and your customers, you will make a decisive contribution to
achieving the company's goals.
Coordination & Corporation:
- Coordination with the customer's purchasing and specialist departments in relation to development projects.
- Cooperation and support of international sales colleagues in the local processing of customer issues.
- Cooperation and coordination with internal technical departments, project teams and controlling.
Sales strategy and planning:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth targets.
Customer relationship management:
- Maintaining and expanding long-term, successful customer relationships and acquiring new strategic customers.
- Market analysis and competition monitoring: analyzing market trends and competitive activities to continuously adapt the sales strategy and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- BTech with Exp in Automotive SW Sales.
- Successfully completed studies in engineering with a focus on automotive engineering, electrical
engineering, business administration, industrial engineering.
- Experience in powertrain and/or vehicle engineering as well as in sales or sales-related activities desirable.
- Good knowledge of business administration.
Sales Skills:
- Very good communication skills as well as a confident and convincing appearance.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
- Independent and proactive way of working.
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel.
- Personality is very important to us!
- Resume must have educational background with percentage/percentile.
- Must have Sales background in Automotive SW.
