Job responsibilities:
- A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Manage and guide Inside Sales activities and guide team members to execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and continuous improvement
- Run outbound email and cold call process and prospecting via various channels, generate demand/leads and build a strong funnel
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Thought Frameworks and understand how it will align to their business objectives.
- Engage and Educate decision makers on the offerings from Thought Frameworks.
- Managing cross-functional relationships between Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to optimize outcomes.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly / quarterly sales goals.
- Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have closed Software QA services or Development services deal worth USD 1 Million/year or greater.
- 8+ years of experience in demand/lead generation via inside sales processes in the Software Development/ Software Testing & QA Services domain with a proven track record of performance.
- Work with Honesty, integrity, reliability and a positive attitude.
- High energy, passion, and curiosity for finding new opportunities
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and business acumen with strong spoken, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Must have prior experience in building and managing high performing inside sales teams.
- Should have closed deals in mid and large enterprises
- Should have worked with US & Europe / MENA clients
- Hands-on experience in crafting good sales cadence and prompters.
- Must have good knowledge of Software Technology services, and software development lifecycle.
- Should have experience and flair for making calls and identifying leads from LinkedIn searches & Connects to get meaningful interests and meetings.
- Proven success in outbound sales efforts in prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to clients and increase pipeline and revenue.
- Expertise in CRM tools to bridge between Sales & Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
