Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AVP of HR Operations to lead and optimize our HR operations, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. This role will focus on strategy development, program management, payroll, compliance, and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational focus to ensure smooth and efficient HR services, driving alignment with business goals and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Strategy: Develop and implement HR operations strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance efficiency across HR functions.
- Program Management: Oversee key HR programs, initiatives, and projects to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
- Payroll Management: Lead end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and implement practices to mitigate compliance risks.
- Onboarding to Exit Processes: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve HR processes, implementing best practices and technology solutions for operational efficiency.
- HR Technology and Data Management: Oversee HRIS and other HR technology solutions to support HR operations, ensure data accuracy, and drive insights through reporting and analytics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA in HR or related field (Mandatory)
- 12-16 years of experience in HR operations, with expertise in payroll, compliance, program management, and HR process optimization
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HRIS systems
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing HR teams
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data management and reporting tools
