Role: Manager - Program Management

Location: Hyderabad, Gachibowli (WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with program objectives and organizational goals
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and align them toward program goals
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
• Identifying potential operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them to ensure program continuity
• Proven experience as a program manager or operations manager
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operational efforts
• Managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders involved in program operations
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to optimize program operations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified MBA / B.Tech with experience of 4+ years experience
• Proven experience in program management or operations management roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
