Position Summary:
Were looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key part of our design team, you will develop visual content for our digital learning products, marketing campaigns, social media, and website. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to bring innovative ideas to life that resonate with learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital learning content, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with product managers, instructional designers, and developers to ensure designs align with educational objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials to drive engagement with our EdTech audience.
• Support the UI/UX design for our website and learning platform to ensure an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
• Develop motion graphics and short animations for marketing videos and instructional content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to the team for design projects.
• Keep up with current design trends, software updates, and the latest in educational technology design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design software such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work.

Skills:

• Creativity and ability to conceptualize engaging visual designs for learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for web-based designs is a bonus.
