Deputy Vice President - Fraud Analytics - Bank (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for reviewing fraud trends across Digital and Card payments and Implement Rules to detect and prevent fraud.

- Lead a team of Analysts responsible for Business Data Analysis and Rule Management in FRM.

- Cards using various Statistical models and Machine Learning models.

- Classification methods (Decision Tree, Neural Networks, KNN, SVM), Anomaly detection methods.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in the following methods and techniques is required as the role involves working with both structured and unstructured data like Network Analysis(Graph theory), Link Analysis (Market Basket/Sequence Analysis), Text mining and NLP, and Regressions ( eg. Logistic ).

- The candidate has demonstrated experience in building credit risk models for Credit.

- Working knowledge of rule writing in FRMs like Falcon and Clari5 is required.

- Coding knowledge of Hadoop environments is an added advantage.

- Should be able to work with minimum supervision.

- Candidates should know the end-to-end working and functioning of payment products viz. IMPS, UPI, RTGS, NEFT, and cards have demonstrated building analytics-driven solutions to prevent fraud.

- Knowledge of Fraud management platforms is preferred.

- Prior experience in Analytics with BFSI for 6-10 years is a must.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Should be able to work with minimum supervision.
