About the Role:
- We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving informed decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and market insights.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret complex data sets, provide actionable insights, and support the marketing team in optimizing campaigns, improving performance, and achieving business goals.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to provide valuable recommendations that enhance our marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various marketing channels (e. , digital, social media, email, paid ads, etc. ) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other relevant metrics to assess marketing campaign success.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for product or service improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on findings.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation strategies based on demographics, purchasing behavior, and engagement patterns to help target specific audiences effectively.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Create and present clear and actionable reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Optimization Recommendations: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop optimization strategies for ongoing campaigns, suggesting adjustments to improve performance.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to compare different marketing strategies, messaging, and creative approaches.
- Analyze results and provide recommendations based on data.
- Trend Identification: Identify emerging trends and customer insights from the data, helping to shape future marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Budget Allocation & Forecasting: Assist in budget planning and allocation across marketing campaigns, -helping to optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company objectives
