Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for the website and mobile applications, ensuring that the user journey is seamless and aligns with both business goals and user needs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

- Translate user research and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet the functional, technical, and business requirements.

- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure the team remains aligned with design objectives.

- Conduct user research (e.g , user interviews, surveys, and usability tests) to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Leverage usability testing and real-world user feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring the final product is both user-friendly and effective.

- Continuously optimize and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analytics, focusing on improving user engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience.

- Use data-driven insights to refine UI elements and UX flows, improving usability, accessibility, and user interaction.

- Ensure design consistency across all platforms (web, mobile, and others), maintaining a cohesive look and feel in line with the company's branding and design guidelines.

- Keep up with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies.

- Apply this knowledge to create innovative, up-to-date design solutions that enhance the user experience.

- Document design systems, patterns, and UI elements to ensure clarity and consistency across the product team.

- Provide developers with clear design specifications and assets to ensure proper implementation.

- Extensive experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design platforms.

- Figma experience is a prerequisite as it will be used as the primary design tool for this role.

- A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects that reflect your UX/UI skills, design thinking, and problem-solving approach.

- The portfolio should highlight your ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions and demonstrate your understanding of user needs.

- Proven experience in UX/UI design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, and user flows.

- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.

- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong ability to approach design challenges with a problem-solving mindset and create innovative solutions.
