Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation & Transfer Pricing - CA (3-10 yrs)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in direct taxation for the role of Tax Associate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tax regulations, including TDS returns, transfer pricing, income tax filings, and advanced tax planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company complies with all tax laws while identifying opportunities for tax optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Advance Tax:

- Calculate and process advance tax payments in compliance with the Income Tax Act.

- Ensure timely payment of advance tax, avoiding penalties and interest.

TDS Returns & Payments:

- Manage accurate and timely filing of TDS returns (e.g., 24Q, 26Q).

- Oversee TDS deduction and payments, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

- Reconcile TDS accounts and manage communication regarding TDS assessments.

Income Tax Return Filing:

- Prepare and file income tax returns for the company and relevant entities.

- Ensure compliance with income tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax savings.

- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for accurate tax filings.

Form 3CEB:

- Prepare and file Form 3CEB for transfer pricing compliance.

- Ensure all international transactions comply with transfer pricing regulations.

TPSR (Transfer Pricing Study Report):

- Prepare and review the Transfer Pricing Study Report (TPSR) in accordance with regulations.

- Liaise with auditors and transfer pricing experts to ensure full compliance.

Transfer Pricing:

- Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance for all related party transactions.

- Prepare transfer pricing analysis and ensure adherence to local and international guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in direct tax, TDS, advance tax, and transfer pricing.

- Hands-on experience with Form 3CEB and TPSR preparation.

- Expertise in Indian tax laws, especially the Income Tax Act.

- Experience in corporate tax filing and TDS compliance.
