Job Description:

- Should Lead and manage transfer pricing projects for multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

- Provide technical expertise on transfer pricing planning, documentation, and controversy support, including preparing transfer pricing reports, policies, and methodologies.

- Develop and manage relationships with senior clients, understanding their business needs and providing value added transfer pricing solutions.

- Lead the implementation of complex transfer pricing structures, including global tax and risk management strategies.

- Review and oversee transfer pricing documentation to ensure it aligns with local regulations and OECD guidelines.

- Manage and mentor a team of transfer pricing professionals, providing guidance, training, and professional development.

- Monitor developments in global transfer pricing legislation and industry trends to keep clients informed and ensure compliance.

- Support business development efforts, including preparing proposals, participating in client pitches, and identifying new service opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and consulting, to ensure the integration of transfer pricing strategies across the organization.
