Please note: This role will require to work from office for 5.5 Days in a week.
Position Summary:
The Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the designated region. They will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, and provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement Regional HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
2) Provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3) Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
4) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
5) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for the region, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
6) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
7) Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
8) Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with corporate HR team on various projects and initiatives.
9) Participate in regional and company-wide meetings and events as required.
Qualifications:
1) MBA in Human Resource Management
2) 3+ years of progressive HR experience
3) Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
4) Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
6) Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and confidentially.
7) Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top talent.
8) Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
9) Strong leadership and coaching skills.
10) Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems - Successfactors.
