Contetra - Senior Executive - Transfer Pricing (1-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Draft transfer pricing studies to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.

2. Prepare and file accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating cross-border transactions of multinational corporations.

3. Draft submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.

4. Conduct benchmarking studies on databases.

5. Provide suggestions to clients on maintaining appropriate arm's length through advisory planning memos.

6. Represent clients before tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), etc.

7. Assist in transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments.

8. Participate in key transfer pricing planning assignments, including cost allocation, profit planning, shifting to a low-risk model, agreements drafting, and intellectual property restructuring.

9. Advise clients on the applicability of the latest amendments related to domestic transfer pricing to their business.

10. Review the correctness and authenticity of inter-company agreements between subsidiaries.

11. Visit clients to understand their business and conduct functional interviews.
