Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven D2C Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and optimizing sales efforts directly to our consumers, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to the growth of our brand in a competitive eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C sales strategy to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition campaigns, working closely with marketing, and ensure the retention of existing customers through personalized strategies.
- Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary to hit targets.
- eCommerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize the company's D2C channels, including the eCommerce website and mobile app, to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to create actionable insights that drive sales and improve the customer journey.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service to enhance customer acquisition, experience, and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings and use this knowledge to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotions, discounts, and email marketing campaigns that drive direct sales.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for D2C sales initiatives to maximize return on investment.
