Role: Divisional Head, Business Finance (Sales & Marketing).

Responsibilities:.

- Support to Sales for Revenue Maximization .

- Growth in sales as per plan.

- Provide support with timely approval and MIS release.

- Ensure all Commercial & Statutory Compliance.

- Commercial policy and statutory compliancesRegion wise.

- Review of 3PL performance as per SOW & other Commercial & Labour Law compliancesRegion wise.

- Dealer & Vendor Management.

- Ensure overdue outstanding >60 days of Total OutstandingRegion Wise.

- Worksheet Verifications Confirmation of dealer schemes.

- Timely uploading of BRO agreement and timely release of various support credit notesRegion Wise.

- Review of Vendor advances and open entries.

- Execution of new agreements, renewal of agreement.

- Inventory and warehouse management.

- Incremental SLOB stock liquidation.

- Controlling on No. of days InventoryRegion Wise.

- Review of Physical verification reports of RBUC/BDCMs.

- Office's and Warehouses as per planRegion Wise.

- Ensuring Cost control & cost rationalization.

- Review and Publishing MIS for Admin vs Budget Expenses.

- Adherence to allocated budgetRegion Wise.

- EV Deployment as last mile delivery.

- Training managers for capability enhancement.

- Virtual connect with Commercial Team.

Qualifications/ Skills:.

- CA qualification minimum 8 years with good acumen in accounting, strategic planning, managing people and a penchant for customer service.

- Commercial and Legal Acumen.

- Awareness of applicable laws and statutes.

- Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills, People Management skills.
