Job Description

- We are seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

- The ideal candidate will lead marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility.

- This role requires a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies in line with the company's objectives.

- Coordinate lead generation activities across various marketing channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products and services.

- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to engage clients and prospects.

- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance.

Performance Marketing Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, and Email.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure a positive ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.

- Identify and implement new marketing technologies and trends.

- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.

Operations Responsibilities:

- Streamline and optimize internal marketing processes for efficiency.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

- Implement and maintain marketing operational systems and tools.

- Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth workflow.

- Work with cross-functional teams to support seamless marketing execution.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of marketing experience with expertise in performance marketing and campaign management.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Email Marketing.

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.

- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
