Job Summary:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the service industry and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with pet owners.
- This job includes retargeting marketing including WhatsApp marketing.
- Meta and Google marketing experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Experience in retargeting marketing including WhatsApp marketing.
- Experience in Meta and Google marketing.
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the pet service industry.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and printers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pet service industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the service industry.
- Experience managing a marketing team.
