Job Description :
Role : Managing Editor.
Industry : Advertising & Marketing Digital Marketing.
Client type : Foreign MNC A Leading Media House.
Notice Period Preferably Immediate / Short Notice Joiners.
CTC : 18 - 20 LPA.
Editorial Strategy & Content Development:
- Define and execute a compelling editorial vision in alignment with brands identity.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
- Develop and implement a social-first and video-first strategy, optimizing content for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Spearhead the production of short-form and long-form video content, ensuring engaging storytelling and high production value.
- Ensure all content is aligned with audience insights, trends, and digital best practices.
Team Operations:
- Oversee content production workflows, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to publication.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align content strategies with broader company goals.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and editorial resources efficiently.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Drive audience growth and engagement by leveraging social media and digital storytelling.
- Work closely with the social media team to craft platform-specific strategies for audience interaction.
- Identify viral trends and adapt content strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee exclusive subscriber content, ensuring premium offerings that enhance audience loyalty.
Video & Multimedia Production:
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for editorial videos, interviews, or digital series.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of video content, from conceptualization to final output.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and talent to create high-quality editorial and branded videos.
- Ensure video content aligns with the brands aesthetic, tone and audience expectations.
Industry Networking & Talent Collaboration:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Facilitate collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), brand partners, and emerging talents.
- Represent The Brand at industry events, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
Brand & Revenue Growth:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create editorial initiatives that support brand partnerships and revenue generation.
- Oversee sponsored content execution, ensuring brand alignments and editorial integrity.
- Drive audience expansion strategies, including events, newsletters, and membership programs.
