Job Description

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Influencer Outreach Lead to drive our influencer marketing and outreach initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency-led influencer marketing, strategic campaign execution, and relationship management.

- This role requires agility in navigating evolving influencer trends, strong vendor and agency partnerships, and the ability to craft compelling pitch presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the influencer outreach team, ensuring adaptability to shifting industry trends.

- Identify and explore multiple avenues to maximize campaign reach and impact for clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop persuasive client presentations and pitch strategies.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and key stakeholders.

- Drive innovative influencer marketing strategies, leveraging insights and analytics to optimize campaigns.

- Monitor industry developments, emerging platforms, and influencer engagement trends to stay ahead of the competition.

- Oversee end-to-end influencer collaborations, including negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in influencer marketing, outreach programs, or a similar role within an agency.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale an influencer outreach team.

Networking & Relationship Management: Strong industry connections with influencers, agencies, and content creators.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new influencer marketing opportunities and implement data-driven decisions.

Presentation & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for client pitches and stakeholder engagement.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle contracts, pricing discussions, and deliver win-win partnerships.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools
