Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Experience: 4-6 years
Role Overview:
- Global Staffing Experience (US, UK, European, APAC).
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in both acquiring top talent for our organization and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
- This dual-role position requires a blend of recruitment expertise and account management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of services to both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: (IT & Non-IT hiring)
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
