About the job:
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's growing needs.
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance on best practices.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks as necessary.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
